The food we love to cook.
The story of Luma started long before Bali. Cameron Emirali and Kieran Morland first cooked together in London, before their careers took them around the world. In 2022, they reunited in Canggu to open Luma.
At its heart is Mediterranean cooking, made by hand and built around exceptional produce. Fresh bread, hand-rolled pasta and whole fish cooked over the wood-fired hearth, with ingredients sourced from Bali and the surrounding islands.
Luma is the latest venture by Cameron Emirali, of 10 Greek Street in Soho, and Kieran Morland, of Merah Putih in Seminyak and Sangsaka in Kerobokan. They share the same bold approach to food and the same passion for simple, straightforward cooking, characterised by minimal intervention on the ingredients and superb technique.
